Sales and Marketing Intern

We are a small but established Seattle-based technology company that is in immediate need of a Sales/Marketing Intern. Our organization is privately held and profitable (NOT venture backed, we've made it on our own!) and is uniquely positioned in a growing market with successful products and services that are embraced by customers across the globe.

We are currently having some difficulty keeping up with our inbound customer activity and need someone who can either do, or learn, the following:
  • Administrate the sales process in Salesforce and coordinate lead assignment to Sales reps.
  • Send out the "initial contact" emails to leads and coordinate follow-on correspondence.
  • Assist in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals).
  • Do some market and competitive analysis research.

There are other general responsibilities as well, but mostly we're looking for someone with the right attitude and aptitude to be able to take on some new challenges in a fast-paced environment with a diverse set of activities.

Pay = zero, but the skills and experience you obtain through this internship will be great on a resume and it could lead to a paid position for the right person as the company grows even further.
